DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

Declaration on the duty to provide information (privacy policy)

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, German Telecommunications Act TKG 2003). This privacy information is to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website.

Contacting us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called ‘cookies’. These are small text files that are stored on your end device via the browser. They cannot harm your device. We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this to happen, you can set up your browser to inform you about cookie settings so you can permit them only in individual cases. If you disable cookies, the functionality of our website may be impaired.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Cookies are used to analyse the usage of the website. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser to disable all cookies. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for contract data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but instantly pseudonymised. Therefore only a rough localisation is possible. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 of the German Telecommunications Act TKG and Art 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in terms of GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our website’s offer and presence. Our users’ privacy is important to us, so the user data is pseudonymised

Einwilligung und Recht auf Widerruf

If your consent is necessary for the processing of your data, we will process it only after obtaining your express consent. In principle, we do not process the data of minors and are not authorised to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that you have the consent of your legal representative. You can withdraw your consent at any time at the following e-mail address: Barbara@schneeberger.at. In such a case, the data previously stored about you will be anonymised and subsequently used only for statistical purposes without personal data. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your rights

In principle, you are entitled to the rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, please contact us or you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
